Best for: growing brands who want to know what's holding them back.

A clear, actionable review of your store - no jargon, no vague recommendations. I'll dig into your analytics, UX, and setup and come back with a prioritised list of what to fix and why.

Audits are delivered as a written report with clear next steps. Available as a standalone engagement or as the starting point for a retainer.

Retainers

Best for: established brands, Shopify Plus merchants, and enterprise.

If you need a fully bespoke Shopify theme built from scratch - either to supplied designs or with design included - I do take on custom theme projects. These are scoped individually and suited to brands with specific requirements that an off-the-shelf theme can't meet.
